REMINDERS
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BIRTHDAY CAKE OR CUPCAKES
- GUEST LIST MUST BE SUBMITTED SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO PARTY DATE
- GUEST LIST SHOULD CONSIST OF EVERYONE INVITED NOT R.S.V.P. ONLY
- PARTY IS TO BE BOOKED THROUGH FUN WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING GUEST LIST
- Birthday Child and Guests must arrive to Fun Warehouse ONE HOUR prior to scheduled party room time.
- Make your guests aware of the ONE HOUR early arrival time on the invitations.
- If you book guests over the allotted birthday party package limit (ten), you will NOT be obligated to pay for those guests added to your package who do not attend. You will however still be obligated to pay for your package in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- NO CASH REFUNDS
- STORE CREDIT ISSUED OR PARTY RESCHEDULED
When a party is reserved, that particular time is protected to prevent double booking.
However, we do understand that uncontrollable circumstances can and do arise in which you may be unable to meet your commitment to the reservation. In those cases, we will gladly reschedule your party or issue store credit. Under no circumstances are cash refunds issued. Please be aware of this policy before booking your party. Thank you.
ATTENTION: This form is to be filled out AFTER you have booked your party with the Fun Warehouse. This form does NOT book your party. Guests lists are to be submitted ONE WEEK PRIOR to party.
